Hi, I’m Heather.

Welcome….

Yoga, for me, is not merely a personal journey but a form of activism—a means to cultivate compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity in our lives and communities. By practicing ahimsa, we can foster kindness toward ourselves and others, creating ripple effects of peace and understanding in the world around us. This philosophy reminds us that every breath and movement has the potential to inspire positive change.

In this space, I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether you are seeking physical wellness, emotional balance, or spiritual connection, you will find support and encouragement here. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and shared growth—one rooted in respect, love, and the belief that every individual holds immense value.

My passion for yoga blossomed from my love for mountain sports; as an avid ski mountaineer, biker and runner I initially practiced to physically restore and strengthen. Throughout years of  dedicated practice, I became deeply rooted in the philosophy and history of the practice.

I held a career in sports medicine for a decade and bring an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology to the mat. I have a comprehensive wheelhouse of over 500 hours of training in vinyasa, power, hot, sculpt and restorative yoga from Maui, Crested Butte and Boulder. I have over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and bring elements of chanting and pranayama to a powerful asana driven class.

When I am not sharing the gift of yoga, you can find me running in the mountains, traveling around the world, gardening or adventuring in my van with my pup and husband, Daniel. I also enjoy a career in wildlife conservation travel.
